XXXV Virtuosos International Festival of Music Art

It is a unique project which does not have any analogues in the music world. On its core is Bach’s masterpiece Goldberg Variations in a new, original interpretation, combined with ethnic rhythms of the East.

The Bach Reloaded project includes masterpieces of European civilization with ancient rhythms in Sufi tradition and on a high spiritual level proves the possibility and need for East-West cooperation.

The concert is a part of the world tour and has already been a great success in Istanbul, Moscow, Paris, Zurich, Basel, Abu Dhabi, Kyiv, Odessa and the Montreux Jazz Festival.

The authors of this project, Oleksii Botvinov and Burhan Ochal, had a great idea - to combine in Bach’s piece rhythms of different nations, primarily from the East, and this "extraordinary" idea worked! The combination of quite different worlds creates its new multicultural reality, harmonious and fascinating.

The subtle art of collaboration between two musicians on stage seems to be “telepathic”. This magic has been fully experiencing by the audience all over the world and the project has become a stunning success.

In such a way, these two great masters united to create a new, democratic cultural space, open for young people from different countries and cultures.

Classical music is eternal. But now, more than ever, it needs reformation and innovative approaches.

The Bach Reloaded program is equally interesting for lovers of classical, jazz, folk, ethno and New Age music. This project breathes new life into the world of classics.
