Goldberg. Reloaded
In 2010, Alexey Botvinov and Burhan Öçal started the “Goldberg. Reloaded” project. It was a revolutionary attempt to rethink Bach’s eternal music, combining it with the ethnorhythms of the East and lighting special effects. Öçal and Botvinov played more than 20 concerts on the most famous stages of the world.

At the heart of the performance lies Mikhail Shishkin’s novel “Pismovnik”. The production draws upon the novel’s central thread — lyrical and at the same time deeply philosophical. For this project, Alexey Botvinov created a stage adaptation of the novel, arranged the music, and for the first time took on the roles of director and stage designer.

Young Ukrainian Pianists Competition took place for the 1st time from 26th till 28th of May as a part of The IV ODESSA CLASSICS Festival. The Contest is a tribute to the memory of the outstanding teacher, professor of the Odessa Conservatoire Serafima Mogilevskaya. She brought up a whole galaxy of talented pianists with an international fame.
Musical Partnership Bremen-Odessa
On April 16, 2016, the first concert within the framework of the international project “Musical Partnership Bremen–Odessa” took place in the Grand Hall of the Odessa Regional Philharmonic. The second, reciprocal concert was held on April 30 in the “Die Glocke” concert hall in Bremen.

"The Four Elements" is a continuation of the project "Music of Love", which is part of the larger concert cycle "Visual Reality of Music", initiated by pianist Alexey Botvinov back in 2008. Essentially, it represents a new stage genre — a multimedia piano concert that allows the audience to delve deeper into the essence of music.
