«Botvinov and Friends»: Michael Guttman and Samuel Justitz

Music connects where words often fail: This evening creates a meeting space for works by Russian and Ukrainian composers – a project that began more than ten years ago and today gains even deeper meaning. The castle church, illuminated by light art, provides the atmospheric setting for this concert – a silent call for peace and a plea for the unifying power of music. Alexey Botvinov is among the most important pianists of Ukraine and is an internationally sought-after Rachmaninoff specialist.
