Alexey Botvinove presents Piano rezital

The renowned pianist and festival director Alexey Botvinov is launching a new concert series "Botvinov and Friends" in Zurich. The aim of the project is to bring classical music to a young and broad audience at a high level in an innovative and traditional way.

This evening Alexey Botvinov will perform together with violinist Alissa Margulis.

Alexey Botvinov wurde im Oktober ’24 in Paris von der Société Arts-Sciences-Lettres mit deren höchster Auszeichnung geehrt. Der wohl renommierteste ukrainische Pianist der Gegenwart ist Zürich eng verbunden; u.a. organisiert er von seinem neuen Lebensmittelpunkt aus sein internationales Musikfestival Odessa Classics.

Valentin Silvestrovs „Moments of Memory“ (V) feierte im Juni 2025 in Istanbul Premiere und präsentieren es beim Beethovenfest Bonn erstmals in Deutschland.
