New Year's Eve Charity Concert
People's Artist of Ukraine pianist Alexey Botvinov, born in Odessa, is recognised as today's most eminent Ukrainian pianist. In 2015 he founded the Odessa Classics festival, which has staged over 60 concerts since 2020 across Estonia, Greece, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Belgium and Switzerland. His honours include Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy, the Swiss Wilhelm Tell Award 2020, the Platinum Medal of the Société académique ARTS-SCIENCES-LETTRES (2024), and Germany's Cross of Merit on Ribbon of the Order of Merit (2025).
