Music Director Daniel Hope leads the world premiere performances of a new work for piano and strings by Academy Award-winning composer Tan Dun. New Century welcomes Ukrainian pianist Alexey Botvinov as soloist for a program of masterworks that includes Bloch’s beloved Concerto Grosso No. 1 and Antonín Dvořák’s towering Serenade for Strings.
